Legal Mumbo Jumbo

The Member acknowledges that participation in the activities of the Organization is fully voluntary and that such participation subjects the Member to certain risks, including but not limited to bodily damage, unwanted groping (including slow touches), loss of property, public humiliation, ridicule, arrest, incarceration, incineration, and financial loss. By virtue of Member's participation in Magic the Gatherings or through use of the Forum (hereafter "Participation"), Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization for any and all losses or incidental or consequential damages sustained by Member in connection with such Participation, including but not limited to broken bones, broken teeth, broken hymen, broken bicycles or tricycles, broken hearts, broken promises, and/or other issues. Furthermore, the Organization makes no representations or warranties related to the functionality or suitability of its hardware, software, tableware, underwear, and/or meatware. All such items are offered as is.
